Just before the end of the year, we held a seminar on Health & Safety in the Workplace in our factory. The aim of this initiative was to strengthen the safety culture in the workplace and to provide all our employees with accurate information on best practices in accident prevention and crisis management.

The seminar was attended by:

• Production personnel, who work daily in demanding environments and operate specialized machinery.
• Outside installation crews, who face a variety of challenges at the installation sites.
• Management staff, who play an important role in coordinating and ensuring compliance with the rules.

During the training, extensive reference was made to:

Personal Protective Measures, such as the proper use of helmets, gloves, goggles and special shoes.
Health and safety rules, which are necessary to avoid injuries or illnesses in the workplace.
Fire safety, with information on fire-fighting equipment and the correct reaction in the event of a fire.
Earthquake management, with practical instructions to protect everyone inside and outside the workplace.
